  I can't say enough good things about the management and staff at BTH Bank in Carthage. I moved my banking business there after my long-time personal banker retired from another local bank. In the several years since I've started doing business with BTH in Carthage, the service has been nothing short of exemplary. I have an amazing personal banker there who has me completely spoiled. I do most of my banking through their website and iOS app, so I don't often stop in. When I do, they always call me by name and offer a cup of fresh coffee. They've taken such good care of me and offer such competitive financing rates and fees that I've stopped bothering with rate shopping. Many thanks to BTH for adding a beautiful facility in Carthage and for all of the care and attention from a wonderful staff.
